2. Scope and Purposes of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• processing orders and fulfilling contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• maintaining Customer accounts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• fulfilling legal obligations, including tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• handling inquiries and complaints (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR);
• marketing activities, including newsletters — based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• analytics and website traffic statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or consent for cookies).

3. Data Recipients

Personal data may be entrusted to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, including hosting providers, payment operators, e-mail service providers, and providers of analytical and marketing tools.

These entities process data solely in accordance with data processing agreements and the Controller’s instructions.

4. Data Retention Period

We store personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described above:

• order-related data — for the period required by tax regulations (generally 5 years);
• account data — until the account is deleted;
• marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or an objection is submitted.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

• erase your data,
• restrict processing,
• transfer your data,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

The Store uses cookies — small files stored on the user’s device.

We use:

• necessary cookies — required for the proper functioning of the Store (e.g. cart, login, session);
• functional cookies — remembering user preferences (e.g. language, currency);

9. Voluntary Provision of Data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract and to create a Customer account.

Failure to provide data may prevent order fulfillment.
