2. Scope and Purposes of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment of orders and contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Management of customer accounts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
• Handling inquiries and complaints (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR);
• Marketing activities based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• Analytics and website traffic statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or consent for cookies).

3. Data Recipients

Personal data may be entrusted to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller, including hosting providers, payment service providers, email service providers, and providers of analytics and marketing tools.

These entities process personal data solely on the basis of data processing agreements and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

• Order-related data: for the period required by tax regulations (generally 5 years);
• Account data: until the account is deleted;
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or an objection is raised.

Failure to provide the required data will make it impossible to process an order.
