Store Terms and Conditions
§1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store operating at nicefamily.pl and the rules for concluding agreements for the sale of digital content (printable PDF files) through the store.
The seller and administrator of the store is RoK-Projekt Krzysztof Rozum, ul. Warszawska 3, 08-443 Sobienie-Jeziory, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 826-175-51-15 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

§2. Definitions
Store – the online store operated at nicefamily.pl.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, including an entrepreneur with consumer rights under applicable Polish law.
Digital Content / Product – a printable PDF file (coloring book, booklet) delivered electronically.
Agreement – an agreement for the supply of digital content concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
§3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store and purchased Products, the following are required:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser,
- an active e-mail address,
- software capable of opening and printing PDF files.
§4. Products
The subject of sale consists of digital content — PDF files intended for personal printing.
The Products are intended for personal (non-commercial) use only. The purchase does not transfer any copyright ownership rights. The Customer receives a license to use the Product for personal purposes only, including printing any number of copies for personal and family use.
It is prohibited to further distribute, resell, publicly share, or commercially use the Products without the Seller’s consent.
§5. Placing Orders
The Customer places an order by adding Products to the cart and completing the order form.
Submitting an order and clicking the “Buy and Pay” button constitutes the conclusion of the Agreement and creates an obligation to pay.
Purchasing digital content requires the Customer’s consent to the delivery of the digital content before the expiration of the withdrawal period and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal (see §9).
§6. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed in the Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT where applicable.
Available payment methods are presented during the ordering process and on the “Payments and Delivery” page.
§7. Fulfillment and Delivery
Products are delivered electronically.
After payment is confirmed, the Customer receives access to download the files via the “My Account” panel (“Downloads” section) and/or by e-mail.

§8. Customer Account
The Customer may create a free account that enables access to order history and repeated downloads of purchased files.
The Customer is obliged to keep login credentials confidential.
§9. Right of Withdrawal
As a rule, a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
Exception for digital content: the right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the Consumer’s express prior consent and after being informed that they lose the right of withdrawal once the performance begins, and the Consumer acknowledged this information (Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
The Customer provides this consent during the ordering process.
§10. Complaints (Non-Conformity of Digital Content)
The Seller is obliged to provide digital content that conforms to the Agreement.
In the event of non-conformity, the Consumer may exercise the rights specified in Chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
The complaint procedure is described in the “Returns and Complaints Policy”.
§11. Personal Data
The rules regarding the processing of personal data are described in the “Privacy Policy”.
§12. Final Provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons. Orders placed before the changes come into effect shall be governed by the version applicable at the time the order was placed.
